Truth is I’ve been packed for weeks, I cant wait to go to Fifeoraz. My parents are firemasters. In fact most of my family were. But I am a watermaster, which I was grateful for. My parents were the best masters of their class. And I am determined to make that happen for me. That shouldn’t be too hard. I’ve been studying masters since I was 5, even though I just got my masterpower last month. I’m excited to go to this school, and I'm not even nervous.

“Mother? Where did you put my book?”

“On your bed.We got to go, come on!”

I look down at my bed. I may be a little nervous.As I put down my book in my suitcase, I see my letter. I’ve read it a million times. It has my name written in gold lettering on the front and a red stamp sealing it. It's labeled Linette Vanessa Watlins.
As I rush down the stairs, I grab an apple and wash it accidentally using my master power and spraying on mum.

“Oops.Sorry.”
“It’s ok. Now let’s go” she says drying herself. There is a puddle on her dotted blouse now.

it is really good. the only thing is that the first line would be asks mother not says mother. also maybe some more descriptions like what are power masters and what are all the different kinds and want sets the school apart from other schools. also it seems similar to both Avatar the last air bender as well as Harry Potter so try to come up with stuff that sets your writing apart from other writings. This doesn't mean scratch what you've got, just make sure as you go forward yo make it your on and not like someone else. even i your try to base it of o something else you should still be careful to not steel others ideas. i don't think your at that point but just be aware of it. i hope that was helpful but it is super interesting.
